You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Contact Q Custom before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Unless an item is faulty or consumer law says otherwise, return postage is paid by the customer.
For EU online orders, you generally have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your goods. If you withdraw, we will refund the standard delivery charge and the product price within the legally required period; we may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of postage. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Delivery options, estimated delivery times and any shipping charges should be shown before you place your order. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact Q Custom so we can help.
For EU orders, unless another delivery time is agreed, goods should be delivered within 30 days. Any longer delivery estimate must be presented and agreed at checkout.
